Updating the process of issuing and renewing knowledge-based certificates

Updating the process of issuing and renewing a knowledge-based certificate includes the following steps:

Completing the file profile includes completing and registering the commitment forms, general company information, location, shareholders, company employees, employment information, financial information, goods and services, and uploading documents.

After registering the application in the “National Licenses Portal”, the applicant company has a maximum of 24 hours to approve and submit the file for evaluation. If the application is not completed and finally registered in the “Comprehensive Knowledge-Based Services System”, the file registered in the “National Licenses Portal” will be invalidated due to non-approval of the documents.

Companies applying for the renewal of a knowledge-based certificate will only be allowed to register an application if there are less than 90 days left from the validity date of their certificate.

Applicants can contact the Knowledge-Based Consulting Center at 021-91008100 if they encounter any problems or need guidance.
