Workshop on “Tax Requirements and Duties and the Taxpayer System in Crisis Situations” was held

With the aim of familiarizing knowledge-based companies with tax requirements and duties and the taxpayer system in the current crisis, the Iranian Knowledge-Based Organizations Forum, in cooperation with the Iranian Mobile Software Manufacturers Association and Moetad Hoshmand Teksa Company, held a training workshop on tax requirements and duties and the taxpayer system in crisis situations.
According to the Public Relations Report of the Iranian Knowledge-Based Organizations Forum, in times of crisis when maintaining financial stability is vital for knowledge-based companies, familiarity with tax requirements and mastery of the taxpayer system is not only a legal obligation, but also a key strategy for reducing risks and ensuring the continuity of activities.
Therefore, the Iranian Knowledge-Based Organizations Forum, focusing on this need, in line with its responsibility to empower its members, has designed targeted training and consulting programs so that companies can prevent unnecessary crimes, manage their cash flow, and withstand economic and financial challenges by carefully applying tax regulations and optimally using the taxpayer system.
In this workshop, topics such as Article 169 of the Tax Law, Article 22, Paragraph 2, and Articles 4 and 6 of the Store Terminals Law, Note 2 of Article 36 of the Permanent Value Added Law, and Note 1 of Article 146 of the Direct Taxes Law were discussed and participants’ questions about the content of this workshop were answered.
In addition, the use of Texa Company’s system services, such as creating the necessary hardware and software platform for issuing invoices for taxpayers, installing and commissioning the equipment required for issuing electronic invoices, training taxpayers to use the equipment, supporting and updating the equipment’s software and hardware, and providing a secure transaction infrastructure, were announced free of charge for one year for participants in this workshop.
